Hello,
I have enabled Voice Match and disabled personal results, but when someone casts a YouTuibe video on the Google Nest Hub and then stop casting or the video ends, the YouTube recommendations that are showing up are mine. Also, when a guest asks to play something, the YouTube reccomendations are also mine, there is even the red line to show which videos I've already watched.
I've tried to completely disable Voice Match, to enable personal results but with the option to don't show them, to disable personal resulsts in the whole house, I've tried to restart the Nest Hub, I searched on Youtube settings,... But nothing works.
So how do I prevent my YouTube recommandations to show up when I didn't asked ? Is this a bug or is there an option I don't know and I should enable/disable ?

Hi @TortipOOF,
Thank you for posting in the community! I'd be happy to help with your concerns about the YouTube recommendations, even if the personal results are allowed.
Sometimes, even if another home member with Voice Match enabled is using the device, YouTube will show recommendations from the account owner linked to the Nest Hub.
To better investigate this inconvenience, I'd like to know if the user playing the YouTube video is using the same Google account as you.
Additionally, if you're trying to add two music services like YouTube Premium for the owner and another user, this option isn't currently available. I'd recommend getting two separate music services to get better recommendations.
Keep me posted.
Best regards,
Jenniffer

Hello, no, I don't use the same Google account. But my account is the one that was used to set up the Google Nest Hub.
Thanks in advance for your help

Hi TortipOOF,
Thanks for following up!
I understand how inconvenient this situation can be that your home member is still getting your recommendations from YouTube; it's likely due to a combination of factors.
As I let you know in the previous post, even if another home member with Voice Match enabled is using the device, YouTube might still show recommendations from the device used to set up Nest Hub initially. Additionally, if the Nest Hub is linked to other Google devices, such as your phone or tablet, and these devices have your YouTube viewing history, the recommendations could be shared across them.
In the meantime, I value your feedback as it helps us improve our products to better meet your needs.
Let me know if you have more questions.
Best regards,
Jenniffer
