My google Nest is not powering On?

Hello,

I have a pair of google nest audio device. One of them is not powering on. Tried with connections the working power audio device. Still it is not powering on.  Can you guide me here? 
I live in Netherlands. Bought the speaker here.

Hiya Rajesh!

I apologize you are having power issues with your google audio device. I hope I can help in some way.

Any device fail to power on for many different reasons. If a device is not powering on, it could indicate a faulty power supply inside or something internal happened with the hardware.  To solve this issue try the following:

  1. Using a new recommend cable or known working cable for the speaker.
  2. Ensure the outlet is turned on and the cord is fully into the outlet.
  3. Try a different plug socket (outlet)
  4. Ensure the fuse/distribution board circuit hasn't tripped on the outlet/circuit which the nest device is connected to.

Those are some fixes worth checking before ruling out potential hardware issues on the speaker itself. If those fixes don't work, then it's an indication you have a faulty nest device.

If the device is still in for warranty you should be able to get a replacement device free of charge.

Thanks for your response. I tried all the steps and nothing changes. The power cable is fine , I tried it on both speakers and the other one works. It's very odd suddenly it’s not powering on, nothing has happened, even the nest stays at the same place.
