My google home is on showcase mode

Hello, I just opened the box of mygoogle home, but it is not showing the QR code to connect with my phone. I can not access any menu of it, just appears a display as a storeshowcase, a menu with topics like:

  • welcome to google home hub
  • Smart home control
  • Play music and videos
  • Enjoy your photos
  • Help in the kitchen
  • Start your day
  • Learn more

There's absolutely no other wayto get out of this menu, it's justinformative videos!

Can someone please help me to get started with my device and setup it?

DaviBruder, were you able to get in contact with our Support team? If not, let’s further isolate this. When and where did you purchase your Google Nest Hub device? Have you already tried to do a factory reset?

Here are instructions for setting up your Nest Hub.

You start with the install in the Google Home app on your phone, and the QR code is displayed on the Nest Hub during the install

It doesn`t show the QR code, i already have a Google home and know how to use the app, but now I’m having this trouble to use my google nest
