When i say, Hey Google, play music. Previously it started playing my last played music on spotify. Two weeks ago it started playing just one song. A song not in my favorites, and a song i never would play. And it is not displaying my playlists under the song in the nest hub display. The only way i can get out from this screen on the nest hub is with a new command or via spotify on my ipad. If i say, Hey Google, play my playlist Feelgood. All is correct.
i have disconnected spotify from the home settings
i have reset my nest hub to factory standards and set it up again as a new device
what to do? This one song is getting on my nerves

Hi folks,
Robkrane, thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. Were there any recent changes made before it started? Are you getting the same result when you try another music provider? If possible, try to set up using another network and observe if it makes a difference.
MDBelalHossain1, could you tell us more about your concern? We’d love to help.
Regards,
Juni

The only thing I could think of that happened right before was that a friend of mine was with me. He was logged on to my wifi and when he opened Spotify my music was on his account also. After this I think the problem started. Btw he never has played the song in question.

Hi Robkrane,
Thanks for the details you've shared. Have you tried the steps provided in this thread? Also, try to log out and log in to your Spotify account on all the devices that your account is connected to. You can also remove the repeat one song feature on your Spotify app and observe if it makes a difference.
Thanks,
Juni
