Need help on google home command for my curtain

I have a curtain's controller configured in Smartlife and then linked into Google Home app. It has been working fine for a while then half a year ago , I keep sending feedback to ask on why I can't open and close the curtains command and even using Google Home app and still not working . Other devices are working fine. 

In the Google home , it i can click  open and close but nothing happen . 

I can do command like open and close curtains but the curtain not open or close. But I use smartlife , it is working.  

It has been 6 months sending feedback but no reply .

Thanks for reaching out. I know how it feels when something isn’t working the way it should. Let’s further look into it. What’s the make and model of your curtain controller? Try to do these troubleshooting steps:

• Reboot your router, curtains, Google Home Mini, and your phone.
• Command your Google Home Mini to “Sync my devices," and then try to control your curtain again. If the issue persists,
• Unlink SmartLife from the Google Home app > Factory reset and re-setup your curtains in the Smartlife app.
• Create a new home and then link SmartLife. Ask Google Assistant for another command.
