Nest Audio Stereo trouble

I have two Nest Audio set up as a stereo pair. Very often, the right speaker disconnects and i have to disconnect the pair and connect them again in Bluetooth settings on my Mac-mini. This also happens every time i see Youtube videos and advertising interrupts. What to do to fix that?
