Hi team,
My Nest Audio keeps disconnecting from bluetooth at random times when I am playing music from my MacBook Air or iPhone. I usually have to power-cycle the speaker to get it back. This can happen several times a day.
What’s happening
Frequency: every 30–90 mins
Symptoms: audio stops → won’t rejoin network until reboot
My setup
System firmware version: 491519
Cast firmware: 3.76.491519
Things I’ve already tried

Thanks, Anders: here are my updates
When did the issue start?
From unboxing
Are you getting any error messages?
No error messages
Are there other nearby Bluetooth devices turned on that might create interference?
None
Are there nearby high-voltage appliances or devices that use 2.4 GHz?
There is a microwave using 2.4 GHz but it has never triggered a disconnect.
Can the device pair with other Bluetooth devices just fine?
Yes
Is the Bluetooth disconnecting for calls, or does it only happen when playing music?
I only use the Nest Audio for playing music from my phone and laptop (mixcloud and spotify mostly)
