Nest Audio makes no sound

I have a Nest Audio when I try to play music it doesnt play the audio. The lights turn on, responds to me, and volume is turned up. I've tried resetting and setup again but nothing works.

• Does your Nest Audio give any audio verbal response if you say “Okay Google”?
• Do the LED lights trigger when you say “Hey Google”?

Thank you! The issue started last Tuesday. It doesnt give an audio signal but the LED light do trigger when I say 'Hey Google'

G'day jmlozb, was wondering what the outcome of this was? 

My Nest Audio started having issues recently, much the same as yours.  Managed to reset it and it worked for a few days then it got completely bricked (doesn't even seem to turn on).  Google support said out of warranty, however there seems to be a number of people having issues since the last firmware update.
