I bought 2 nest audios. They were in paired mode and working fine for the past couple months. However, now one Nest audio has completely stopped responding and is stuck with 2 lights constantly on.
It does not respond to commands, it does not allow me to perform a manual reset (which I had to do on the other one), and I tried disconnecting it multiple times overnight but it immediately resumes the 2 lights when I plug it back in.
Unsure if it’s bricked or if there is something I can do to reset it? Does it need to be replaced through warranty?

Same with me - really sucks you got zero replies but did you manage to find a solution or is it bricked?

Im in contact with support, they gave me details of how to manually reset (that fails to work) so have said they will escalate to see if I can get a replacement. 3 weeks later I chase and they say they will follow up no reply, 1 month (today) later I chase and they will follow up so fingers crossed though not hopeful.
Can I ask how you did the manual reset @Nest310

I finally reached out to the "Contact Us" team through the chat function and they will be most likely sending me a replacement unit. My nest has just been stuck on 2 white lights, unresponsive for the past 3 months, was hoping for spontaneous resolution hah.
I tried both ways of factory resetting (mute + holding play/pause, and also disconnecting from power, waiting 10 seconds and reconnecting - 10 times - performed multiple times over the past few months). Never got 4 white lights to come back, and when muted the lights never turned orange, so it seems to have been bricked...
Hopefully the replacement goes through and works well with the other unit I still have, mostly bought these for the pairing function...

I ended up getting a replacement for the 1 I had, after a few chases as the agent I was dealing with went on leave apparently. Not sure what sort of company doesn't have agent work cases for people on leave. Anyhow that aside all good now and it works fine with the other I had originally paired so you new one will be fine with the one you still have working
