Nest Audio wont turn on

Hi one of my Nest Audio devices is not booting,

It does not even turn on the lights,

I have tried:

to disconnected and wait for more than 5 minutes, reconnect it and nothing.

to change places with another nest audio, (different room so different plug as well), the one that was dead still dead and the one working continue without problem.

is there any other troubleshooting steps that I can try?

Thanks for reaching out! I understand your Nest Audio isn't turning on. That can definitely be frustrating, no worries I'm here to help!

 

Here are some steps you can follow:

 

  1. Plug the speaker or display into a different wall outlet.
  2. Discharge the speaker or display:
    • Unplug the power adapter from the outlet and the speaker or display.
    • Leave it unplugged for 20 seconds.
    • Plug the power adapter into the speaker or display.
    • Plug the other end of the power adapter into a wall outlet that works.
    • Check if any LED lights would appear on the speaker or display.
