Hi,
I am having issues with my nest cam on my Max Hubs after having to factory reset both of my hubs due to changing my wifi network modem. I have the Nest aware plus subscription and all the monitoring settings are all on as well so not sure why they have stopped recording events

If you're a Nest Aware subscriber and have set up the built-in Nest Cam in the Nest app, your device continuously records video for you to review in the Nest app. Can you please confirm if your Google Nest Hub Max is set up on the same Home structure where your Nest Aware subscription is applied?
Like other Nest Cam devices, the Nest Cam built into your Nest Hub Max allows you and members of your household to get a live view of what's happening at home. If enabled in the Nest app, it also includes notifications and continuous recording. If you'd like to turn the Nest Cam functionality on or off, you can do so from the device settings menu or from the live view page.

I can confirm that the hub is on the same home structure as the nest aware subscription.

Thanks for responding. Have you also checked your Nest App to see if the recordings are there? Let's also try to stream live from the Nest Hub Max and let's see if the Nest Aware subscription is working. Lastly, let's give these steps a try:
Here’s how to access your camera’s video history:
The video history timeline and event history are two different views of your Google Nest camera’s video history in the Nest app.
To switch between these views, tap the timeline or event history
icon in your camera’s video history.
