Did a factory reset of my Nest Hub Max, went through setup up just fine but when I attempt to activate the Nest Cam using the "Set up Nest Cam" option in the Home app it always gets stuck at the "Wrapping Up" phase, after reading the QR code off screen. Was working fine before and all other features appear to work without issue such as Duo calls that use the cam. I also have another Google Nest Cam (Battery) that works just fine in the Home app. This thing just refuses to reactive the Nest Cam for some reason!
I did a soft reset and another factory reset, also reset phone to refresh the app. None of those did a thing. Anyone have any clue whats up here?

Ok solved my own problem after pouring through other posts with Nest Cam issues. This is definitely caused by some conflict between active Nest Cameras. To get the Hub Max Nest Cam to work I had to remove the Google Nest Cam (battery) from my home completely. Installing Hub Max or moving the Google Nest Cam to a different home did not work. After removing the Google Nest Cam, I factory reset the Hub Max and was able to get the Hub Max Nest Cam working. Then I reinstalled the Google Nest Cam (battery) and added to my Home. I'm guessing there is some conflict between devices that still use the Nest app for video (Hub Max) and ones that use just the Home app (Google Nest Cam). Get it together Google!

Also tried factory reset and add to a separate (new) home because I have read all the issues people are having with Nest Cam compatibility across different devices (when I originally setup this Hub Max it was prior to owning the google nest cam). Unfortunately this didn't work either. The Hub Max Nest Cam setup still gets stuck at the Wrapping Up phase. Man the google home and nest integration has really been bungled. Its amazing that google cant seamlessly integrate their own products.
