The audio/mic works from the Google Nest / Home mobile app but not from the Google Nest Hub Max device itself. It used to work, not sure what happened. We have Google mesh WiFi if that makes any difference. Are there any settings on this that need to be adjusted? Please advise.

@LCTS, thanks for reaching out. I hope you've got the answer you're looking for. If the suggested steps did not work, you can sequential reboot. First, unplug your Nest Hub Max for 30 seconds, then do the same thing to your Wi-Fi router to refresh both devices and your Wi-Fi signal.
