Nest Doorbell has no audio/mic on Google Nest Max

The audio/mic works from the Google Nest / Home mobile app but not from the Google Nest Hub Max device itself. It used to work, not sure what happened. We have Google mesh WiFi if that makes any difference. Are there any settings on this that need to...
