Nest Hub Max connection won’t get past location ck box.

Trying to connect my google speakers to my network and it won’t get past the part where you chose your country. I’ve tried resetting the unit and nothing seems to work!!

@RoKen, thanks for reaching out. This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. A few things: which Nest speakers are we working with? What is the make and model of the mobile phone that you are using? Is this for a new set up or your Nest speakers were set up? What steps have you taken so far?

You can force close and reopen your Google Home app, if that did not work reboot your phone to refresh the device. Uninstalling and reinstalling your Google Home app might also help. To further isolate the issue, try to use another phone.
