Nest Hub 2nd Generation unable to handle first request

I had the Google Mini first generation working for years, and at some point it had this unjustified behevior where every morning when I ask something it said something happen, to try again later, then I try immediately again and it works. It has nothing to do when I sleep so it could fix itself, doing a fake request to itself. I even for days ask each morning "Are you working today?" and fail each time. I was hoping Google have some basic monitoring/metrics, and they will wake-up and fix that. So... I bought the Nest Hub 2nd generation, and it does the same thing, and this time its brain is much bigger, even keep changing pictures before I ask the first question, still fail, still a bad product.

I'm not able to reach any smart people at Google for support, but I should not even need to if they had basic monitoring. Every issue should be sent back to Google, and handled without me having to lost my time.

I had issue with 3 Nest products, without resolution. I'm in the software industry, I'm not proud of Google.

Same issue since update in Sept/Oct !  Thought if I bought a gen 2 it might help but looks like you did that. Don’t know what to do.
