Nest Hub Buggy

I have an automated home with about 53 devices and have been using Google mini speakers and Google home to manage all of the devices and it's been working great. I recently added a nest Hub Max and the nest hub and all kind of wacky things are happening. When the Hub Max that's playing it will turn my Samsung TV that has Chromecast Google TV and either shut it off or turn it to the station listing. The Nest hub simply stops after playing music for approximately 5 minutes, for no reason at all, you can tell to continue in a picture right back up and have no idea why it stopped. There are wacky things going on since I've added the Hub and just need to understand if there's a legitimate problem that's been published because I already know there's a problem I just need to know how to fix it

Hey EMA230,

Sorry for the late response. I know the feeling when you're having issues with your Google Nest displays. Let's try to get to the bottom of this. A few questions: how far are your Nest displays from your router? Have you changed any settings on your router lately? Are you using a network extender or repeater? What is the make and model of your router?

To further isolate the issue, please try setting up your Nest Hub using a mobile hotspot. Please note that you will need two mobile devices for this setup (one will serve as a router and the other will be used to set up your Nest display). Once done, check if the music will still stop after 5 minutes.

Let me know how it goes.

Cheers,

Muddi
