My Nest Hub Max will not stream live video to other devices, but shows up fine in the Google home app with nest aware subscription. I have a 2nd Hub Max that works fine. Steps I have already taken include removing and adding the device to my Google home, verifying settings are the same as my other hub max, and doing a full factory reset. The device is on the same network as my 2nd hub, which streams fine. Any advice?! Thanks in advance!

I appreciate the workarounds already done. To make sure I understand, when you say 'the Nest Hub Max can't stream live video to other devices,' do you mean you can't see the live video from other Nest cameras with a Nest Aware subscription, or that the Nest Hub Max's built-in camera isn't streaming? In addition, I'd like to gather the following information:
