Hello, hope you guys are doing well.
I am struggling to get my Nest Hub Max to boot up after I came back from a month long vacation. It has been plugged out for the duration of the trip. The screen remains black even when plugged in and does not respond to any input.
I’ve tried replugging the power many times (also while holding down the volume +/- buttons) and confirmed that the power adapter is functioning by testing on another device.
Any other advice or tips on getting this guy back up? It was working perfectly before the vacation. Thanks in advance!
