My Nest Hub Max is stuck on the G logo with a white background boot screen. I have tried to hard reset it, as well as perform the Plug/Unplug 10 times method. Since I bought the device when it first came out, it is no longer under warranty. Does anyone have any other solutions I can try? I think the device may have bricked after a firmware update.

Thank you so much for the reply! I have already been in contact with support and they said there is nothing they can do because it is out of warranty….
