Nest Hub Max won't play music while showing live camera feed

I have a Nest Hub Max and a 2nd gen Nest Hub.  The Nest Hub can play music while streaming a video feed of one of my nest cams.  The Nest Hub Max used to be able to do this, but stopped about a week ago.  I have done a factory reset on the Nest Hub Max and that did not solve the issue.  Why can I do this on one device and not the other?

Are you using the same Google Account on your displays? Are they connected to the same home structure? Could you provide us the cast firmware and software version of your Nest Hub Max?

Hi Alex,

Yes both are connected to my Google account and the same (and only) home structure. 

Nest Hub Max:

Software version - 45.1.15.450549110

Cast firmware version - 1.60.311339

On the nest hub, I can turn on pandora, then ask the assistant to show me a camera and the music will run in the background. On the nest hub max, pandora will pause before switching to a view of the camera.
