Nest Hub displaying "Check internet connection"

It’s been occurring since last month on and off.  2of my hubs constantly show up the check internet connection message.
It is so annoying  !!!

I tried to change the 2.4 and 5Ghz channel

I tried to turn off the access control and allow the guest network see each other( suggested by Google troubleshooting)

I tried to move closer to the wifi

none of them work!

every time I cut the power, it did back online, bust guess what , you will never know it would last an hour or one day, every time you woke up and see the “check internet connection” it is so frustrating!!!

I have using for last couple of years, just occurred recently.

Please help!!!!!!

it probably doesn't help but here is the link to the support article from  netgear about devices disconnecting from the network

another thing I learned about recently is that routers sometimes have a delay when switching  wifi protocols so for instance your router is a wifi  6 router if you had a bunch of wifi  6 devices your router might only be able to talk to all the wifi 6 devices  at the same time and then would have to momentarily take a break from speaking to the wifi 6 devices to talk to older wifi generation chipsets. and this problem expands the  more different types of  wifi generation  devices you have. so some people in the smart home community have  gone about trying to collate and purge all of there older smart home devices that run on an older wifi standard in order to try and boost performance of their newer devices.
