Nest Hub doesn’t show live stream from Wyze Outdoor Camera

I have two Wyze outdoor cameras that will not stream live video on my Google nest hub.  

I also have a Wyze cam v 3 that works just fine. I worked extensively with Wyze yesterday to resolve this issue and they told me to contact Google support.

I have made sure all the cameras are up-to-date on the firmware, as well as the Google nest hub. I have made sure that I have the most recent apps. My phone is also updated. I have linked and unlinked and linked again, and nothing seems to work.I have made sure all the cameras are up-to-date on the firmware, as well as the Google nest hub. Thanks for visiting the Community.

 

I know how challenging it is when you can't stream your Wyze camera on the Google Nest Hub. I'd love to dig deeper into this issue. A few questions: is your camera working on the native app? Are you able to stream it from the Google Home app? What is the specific command are you using? What is the response of your Nest Hub? 

 

Let's reset your Nest Hub to refresh all the settings on the device. To reset your display, please press and hold both volume buttons together, at the back of the Nest Hub, for about 10 seconds. You'll hear your Google Assistant confirm that it's resetting the Nest Hub.
