I have recently tried updating my Google Nest Hub Mini 2nd Gen to preview program, but every time I tried to apply an update it keeps getting stuck at the loading screen. Please guide me if this is a known issue.

Thanks for visiting the Google Nest Community. Kindly check the cast firmware version and the Software/Fuchsia version of your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen. Swipe up from the bottom of its screen > Settings > Device information. Also, are you using a dual-band router? If yes, on which band is your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen connected?
