Nest Hub pictures display white, app buttons blank

Pictures are displaying white  and the app buttons are blank.  I see posts about this but no solutions.  I unplugged and plugged back in several times.   I factory reset at least three times and there is no change.  Functions work like You Tube and You Tube music.  Ask Google works as well.  It also will not display my exterior nest cameras but does display the interior camera.

Please help

Hello @Steveyos,

Thanks for posting in the community.

I understand the frustration of encountering display issues with your Nest Hub, and I appreciate your effort in trying to fix the issue on your own. To help troubleshoot, please check the following:

  • Accessibility Settings: Review the accessibility settings in the Google Home app to ensure they're configured correctly.
  • Google Nest Hub Help: Refer to this link for detailed information on Nest Hub accessibility settings: Google Nest Hub accessibility settings

If these steps don't resolve the issue, please let me know. Thank you.

Regards,
Jorge

Greetings @Steveyos,

Thank you for your response. I appreciate you taking the time to follow the troubleshooting steps in the link

To provide you with the most helpful guidance, I would like to ask a few questions about the specific challenges you're facing.

  • May I know the model of your Google Nest Hub?
  • Were there any recent changes to your environment, such as a change in Wi-Fi network or relocation of the device?
  • When did this behavior first begin?
  • Have you experienced any power outages in your area?
  • Have you tried connecting the Nest Hub to a different power source?
  • Could you send me a photo of the issue you're encountering on your Nest Hub's screen?
  • May I know if the link that was given by @ovidioj  worked for you?

Thanks for your attention. I will be waiting for your answer.

Thanks

Jeremy.

I am not sure what the model number is. Where would I find that.

I moved it closer to the wifi

We have not had any power outages.

I have tried at least 3 factory resets.

The link did work.IMG_5829.jpgIMG_5830.jpg
