Nest Hub - I was able to change news resources but not now. Keep playing news from Bollywood Hungama.

Thanks for reaching out. I understand your concern of not being able to change news sources. I would be more than happy to help find a solution to this issue. First, I have some questions to get a better understanding of this situation.

  • Which Google device is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
  • How do you have your news sources? Is this through a mobile app? Connected via the Google Home App? Through voice command?
  • What is happening now when you try to change the news?
    • Is your device responding to the command? Are you getting any error messages?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps to the device itself? If so, what have you attempted so far?
