Nest Hub unable to display all photos in the selected album

Hi Google Nest Team,

i would like to seek yours and the community's advise on the issue i am facing, which i believe other users are also experiencing the same, such as https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Speakers-and-Displays/Nest-Hub-not-showing-all-photos/td-p/34...

My google nest is unable to display all the pictures within the selected album;

i had selected the albums i want to display the photos from, however it only picks specific pictures and rotates them, i had tried to select only 1 album but am experiencing the same. I tried to resolve it by:

- i had hard reset my google nest, thrice

- tested with 2 different android phones (Samsung flip and fold, both phones with the latest android OS)

- recreated a new album and added the same photos into the album

still faced with the issue of not displaying all the photos within the selected album.

I'm so sorry to hear your having these issues with the photos not displaying.

There is a setting you can change on google nest display. It involves changing a setting to a live album. I believe this can be done through a voice command as well.
