Nest Mini 2nd Gen Box Differences

Hi All

Looking to upgrade my devices, but on researching I've noticed that there appears to be two different '2nd Generation' wordings on the boxes - One is just plain black text while the other is white text in a black box (both in bottom left hand corner).

Are they both legit? Don't want to purchase a copy device.

Any help appreciated.
