Nest Mini: error message - "no music streaming at this time"

On one of my three Nest Minis suddenly the following error occurs: "Music playing not possible on this device at this time". the other two devices work properly (Youtube, Deezer, Spotify, Tunein, ...).

Tried to reboot, then reset and configure it completely new, but nothig works. In the App, the device ist listed als "offline", but all other commands still work - only no streaming. All devices are on the same network and in the same "Home". Changes to the router were not made for a long time.

Hello Effjott,

 

We really appreciate you doing the steps before posting and apologies for the inconvenience. Since the error is only happening on 1 of your 3 Nest Mini's, it would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first after setting it up again. Unplug the power cord of your router followed by your Nest speakers. Plug them back in after 3 minutes tops. Restarting your phone might also help.

 

Once done, please change the phone's language to EN-US and see if the behavior persists.

Update:

When I try to choose "operation assistance (in german "Bedienungshilfen" a message occurs "no connection to cloud possible" - but as metioned before, this only happens on one of three devices.
