i've got some trouble to setup my nest mini
the device has worked in the past but suddenly the device couldn't stream youtube music
so i tried to factory reset the device and set it up again
the device fails during setup is in the very last and final step, where it says "Configuring ..."
The device has wifi, responds to questions and it's hardware is fully operational.
I can set up my Cams, Nest Hub, Doorbell and Home Mini (Gen 1) without any problems.
I tried 3 different Google Accounts / phones and 2 different routers
it seems to be the same error mentioned here

This is not the experience we want you to have, let me help you. A few questions: when did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made? Was it working before or is this the first time setting up your Nest Mini?
By the way, thanks for doing the steps before posting. For confirmation, when you did the reset, was it the same steps as what you see in this link?
Also, since you’ve done most of the troubleshooting steps, let’s try this:
To eliminate network issues, please try setting up your device using a mobile hotspot. Please note that you will need two mobile devices for this setup (one will serve as a router and the other to be used to set up your Google Home/Nest devices). Once done, check if your device will have the same behavior.

from one day to the next the streaming (youtube music) stopped working
it definitely still worked in january. i was rarely in the office in february and march, so i noticed it in april
so I tried to factory reset the device

Yes, multiple times.
Yesterday I tried to open a hotspot on smartphone 2 (disabled wifi to use 5G), connected to the hotspot with smartphone 1 and tried to set up the nest mini (the nest mini should connect to smartphone 2's hotspot). the same error comes up.
