Good morning, I have a Nest hub (2nd gen) and a Google Doorbell.
However, when I ring the doorbell, I do not have a direct image on the Hub. A message that someone is at the door. Also, I don't see any image when I ask Google to stream it. What could be the problem?
I have already reset and reinstalled both the Hub and the Doorbell several times.
Gr Chris.

Are your Nest Hub and Google Nest doorbell in the same Google Nest "home/structure" on the same Wi-Fi network on the same Google Account? Do you have "Visitor announcements" (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7672451) enabled for your doorbell? When you ask Google to stream your doorbell, are you doing this on your Nest Hub? If you select "Cameras" (under "Home Control") on your Nest Hub, can you access your doorbell's camera?

Both devices are in the same WIFI network and the same Google account. Visitor announcements are on. When I ask to stream the images, it can be done from the Nest cam, but not from the doorbell. I then see a gray screen, where I can hear sound, but the image seems to be switched off. I do see the images in the Google Home app. Unfortunately not via the Hub Screen.

Hello everyone,
@MplsCustomer, I appreciate you lending a hand.
@ChrisB2, would you mind sharing a screenshot of your Google Nest Hub and Nest Hello Doorbell from your Google Home app? In this way, I'll be able to take a closer look at your concern.
Best,
Lovely

I now also see that the Hub is not linked to an account. How do I do that, maybe that's the solution?

I'm not sure what you mean by "the Hub is not linked to an account".
