Nest and phone issue

Hi 

I have a Nest Hub max and a Samsung S20 phone

Nest hub has a door bell camera attached

I installed this severam months ago and have had no problems except yh Nest Hub kept reporting all phone calls received as missed calls ,

in the last few days nest hub has been announcing incoming calls as usual but they are not appearing on my phone so I cannot answer them, and even though the hub has an answer gtreen button I dont seem to be able to answer calls on the hub ether.

As I take business calls onmy mobile I am loosing business when this happens as I cant even call the number back as it does not appear on my recient calls list either on my phone or on the hub

Pleas can anyone help here, so far my only solution has been to turn the hub off

I came across such an error. But I haven't found a way to fix it.
