Nest audio 24hour

So i recently set up my Google nest audio, and the time format is in 12 hour format instead of the 24th as a live in Europe.

I’ve seen other people saying to go to settings of the nest and choose “set time” but I literally don’t have that button at all

Hey Ghost_xp,

 

Thanks for reaching out. 

 

Try clicking your Nest Audio device from the home view of your Google Home app > Settings> Device information> Time format. You can choose a 12-hour or 24-hour time format.

Well I can’t find the time format, so it sadly doesn’t help me 😞

Thanks for checking. What country are you located in? Also, what phone are you using? Make sure your phone is connected to the same network where your Google Nest Audio is connected. Reinstalling your Google Home app might help too.

Im located in Norway and I have an iPhone XR, I’ve tried re installing the app but it doesn’t help

Thanks for checking. Let's make sure that the app is updated on its latest version. It's best if you will try to uninstall and reinstall back the Home app.

Hi, i uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and just as i said before i still don’t have the “time format ” button

Thanks for trying the steps. If you're using an iOS phone, can you check if it's updated to iOS 16? Also, if there are any way that you can try a different phone so we can further isolate if this is a device compatibility issue.
