Could you please provide us with some more information?
Are you referring to a Nest Audio that has issues with Google Wifi?
If so, which Wifi device are you using?
Nest Audio and nest hub both not connecting to wifi
a week ago
Both were working with my previous provider. Changed provider and both do not connect
a week ago
Did the WiFi SSID and password change with the new provider or did you reused the earlier settings?
Yes it changed. Have you ever known it to be the same?
I reset to factory settings 5 times and still won’t connect
a week ago
No, they always change if you change a modem with WiFi. But most of the time you can change those settings, so it matches the old WiFi.
So if you want to change the WiFi settings on your Nest Hub and Audio you indeed have to factory reset them. Factory reset Nest Audio & Nest Hub.
Be sure to delete the device in your Google Home App so you have to set it up like a new device. 😊

Already done this but will try again. I do not believe this will work.

Hi folks,
@RXShorty, thank you so much for the help.
@danielbugeja10, that certainly isn't the experience we want you to have with your Nest Audio and Nest Hub and we totally understand that troubleshooting can be frustrating, but these are the most helpful steps to figure out what's going on with your device. Let's give them a try!
Since you've done the factory reset already, which I believe you checked on the link provided above on how to, let me ask a few more questions to narrow things down:
Could you try to connect your Nest Hub to another phone's hotspot to see the difference? You'll need to have 2 mobile devices for this to work. Connect the phone you use for the set up to another phone's personal hotspot and proceed with the set up. Before doing so, do a factory first to revert your Nest Hub to its default and original settings.
Keep us posted.
Best,
Dan

Check in? For what? You haven’t fixed this yet. 2 products both not working. Both gasohol’s products. Both useless. You came in asked one thing which I answered and then you ignored it.
I expect full reimbursement for this.
Saturday
Nothing? Really? Problem is it fixed and you’re just ignoring it
Sunday
Hey danielbugeja10,
Chiming in, could you tell us when and where you purchased your device?
Cheers,
Muddi
