Hi,
I've started a new message as the other one has been closed. Here's the original ticket.
This is still a problem. A factory reset didn't do the trick

Hey dgoodbourn,
Thanks for getting back to us. Have you also tried resetting your Google Nest Audio? How many devices are affected? Also, could you provide us the cast firmware version of your Nest Audio?
Best,
Alex

Hi, I've actually just added 2 new nest audio speakers to the room and it's still happening. Their cast firmware version is 1.56.299498

Actually, just to add more details, the speakers that are affected are in a group.
When I get home tonight I'll try removing them from the group just to see if that's the issue here.

Hi folks,
Azarco, thanks for the help.
@dgoodbourn, have you already tried playing music or a video with your Google Nest speakers and displays when they're not in a speaker group? Tell me how it did.
Cheers,
Dan
