My speakers keeps crashing when playing some songs on high volume.
I have changed the power cable but nothing helps.
I previously had contact with your support and they said a future firmware update should fix the problem. But nothing has changed.
what can I do?

Hi Hylkefaas,
Thanks for posting. I’m sorry for the trouble this has caused you, let me help you out.
Could you please provide the existing case ID of your interaction from the support team so I can check it? Also, what is the firmware version installed on your Nest speaker?
Best,
Juni

Hi there,
Thanks for the information, prior purchasing the new cord do you still have the original power cord? Have you also tried plugging it into another power outlet?
The reason why it reboots if it's in high volume is it's not getting enough power so if you don't use the original power cord anymore that might be the case. Check this link for the Nest speaker power cord specifications.

Juni
