I can’t swipe up on the new nest hub 2. It is detecting swiping side to side and down, but not up
how do I fix this?

Thank you for posting in the Community forum.
That certainly hasn't been easy for you ― this is also quite an interesting event since what you have there is a new Google Nest Hub (2nd Gen), right? I would really appreciate it if you could unplug and re-plug your Nest Hub (2nd Gen) for about 5 minutes then try it again. Also, I know that you’ve already taken the plastic cover off but could you check the lower part of the screen if you see anything unusual?
