Nest hub 2nd cannot connect to Spectrum Internet

Since Aug. 4, 2022, my two Nest hubs 2nd gen (framework: 1.56.309385) cannot connect to Spectrum Internet in Columbia, South Carolina. I rebooted the router, modern many times but have no luck.  Another Nest hub 1st gen and home mini work well.

I tried connecting the Nest hub 2nd gen to mobile hot-spot and it works fine.

Any methods to make Nest hub 2nd work with Spectrum?

Thanks very much.

Hi gladcolor,

Thanks for reaching out.

Sorry to hear about what you're experiencing right now with your Google Nest Hub. Since you've mentioned that connecting it to mobile hotspot works with no issue, you might want to check first the distance of your Google Nest speakers from the router. Let's also try to perform a complete reset on one Google Nest speakers and let's see if it will connect.

Let me know how it goes.

Best,

Princess

Thanks, Princesss!

I have tested all methods listed on your shared page and many others in the last two weeks. Finally I got two solutions: 1) RESET, not reboot the rounter. 2) use another rounter.

Best,

Gladcolor
