Nest hub Max and regular. Both displaying gray box for album art when playing music with TuneIn

I left a trouble ticket through the Google nest hub but receive no answer about a week ago 

As I try to describe above I mean just paste:

Google nest hub while playing streaming radio using TuneIn the album art for the last 2 weeks has been mostly gone sometimes you get a gray box.  This happens on my smaller nest and my Max. It would seem to be something related to The nest translating the album art database to the screen?
