Nest hub app list

When I swipe up from the bottom on my nest hub, it shows a short app list. How do I change what's in the short list?

Trying to set this up for my mom and keep it simple so she doesn't have to go through too many things. We don't use sling, spotify, and don't need them in the quick list. Would rather have Pandora and Netflix.

Can't change my quick list, it continually drops contacts out of the call list, apps like Pandora won't let you create a Playlist on the hub, other features either aren't working or are limited. 

This thing is useless. I'd be better off hanging a tablet on the wall.
