Nest hub camera stopped working

Hi, my Nest Hub Max's camera has stopped working and whilst I read the earlier posts and instructions to remove the nest from the home and factory reset and re-add, I too still have the camera issue where it says it is "offline". 

This is driving me crazy. Has anyone been able to rectify this issue with the other users that experienced the same?

Any suggestions most welcome please.

Okay, good news, after more research and reading another post on this site, this time I made sure I used the "add new device" which added the nest hub successfully AND now the camera works again.
