Hi,
Nest hub gen 2 is not playing music via my Bluetooth speaker. Purchased yesterday, 20/01/2024, updated to latest version of software. Will pair with Samsung sound bar J-series and Phone, Nokia 3.4, and headphones, Liquid Ears LE20BTOHBK. But will only play through display speaker and will only allow display speaker as default. However, here's a strange it will play via my headphones but still show display speaker as default not headphones. Seems to be a major problem all over the World.

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen concern. We'll work together to identify the cause of the problem and find a solution. What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? Do you have other Google Nest speakers? If so, are you getting the same experience? Is the Google Home app updated?

Hi, I've done it all. Reset everything. Nothing works! Problem is worldwide and Google have known this since at least 2018. Google is just sitting on its arse and hoping it will go away. Here in Australia we call Bull**bleep**, Bull**bleep**. Just fix the problem. I think you cannot fix it and you are stalling a recall, I'll see what our ACCC says about it.
