I have an issue with my nest hub max. For no apparent reason it stopped playing iTunes music requests (I had it linked and can play iTunes music on my phone fine) so I removed the nest hub max from my home config and performed a factory reset.
After joining the nest hub max to my Google home (android app) I was able to set it up but am still having problems playing apple music abd now I'm unable to complete the setup of the inbuilt nest cam.
I get an "error connecting to Google message".
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the home app, have removed the device from home and have performed about 3 factory resets so far to no avail, so I'm reaching out for advice.
thanks,

Same here, and google doesn't come up with a solution. I have my 2nd Nest hub max and the camera cannot be linked with the nest app. A month ago after a reboot, the camera can no longer be connected.

Hi Princess, thanks for your answer, but I already tried them all. Now I just checked the preview and rebooted and camera setup worked immediately, a lot of hassle to get this working and software bug on your side. I corresponded with Google Netherlands about 3 weeks ago to no avail. Anyway, I'm satisfied now. Kind regards
