My hub max has recently gone into a loop where the colored dots on the screen start spinning randomly and I have to reboot it to get it to stop. The odd thing to me is that I can access it through the home app so it's not really frozen, as I can access the camera even while the dots are spinning

I am experiencing this issue too. The nest hub max usually enters this state when I am sleeping at night. Which forces me to power cycle reboot in the morning. Confirmed that the display is stuck on spinning dots but my smart home commands can be heard and executed in the background
