Nest hub max strange icon

Not an issue just don't know what it was.

My nest hub max had a black screen and was just displaying a rectangle with three wifi bars above it. 

That has never happened and I am just curious as to what it meant.

There is no way to take a picture. I already got out of that screen. And it didn't bother anything I just want to know what it means.
