I received a nest hub max as a house warming gift. I opened the package plugged it in, and it wont power in. I have reached out to support, received a claim number and I was told that a warranty return would be the next step. I selected the “Advanced return” process, but I need to set up payment through google pay. Now I can’t start that process as all of my mobile devices are iOS. I can’t get a hold of the support team to move forward.
Please advise.
