I’ve a Nest hub 2nd generation with me and it was working fine till yesterday. All of a sudden it went black and stopped working. I’ve tried changing adapters, sockets, switching it off and unplugged it switch it on after 10 seconds but nothing worked for me. Home app can’t even detect the nest hub.

Hi Shankar1207,

Thanks for posting in the community!

I'm so sorry to hear that your Nest Hub 2nd Gen has a black screen and is not working as you expected. No worries; I'm here to help! Here are some steps we can follow that might solve this situation:

As a last resort, we can try to perform a factory reset on the Google Display. Just remember that doing this action will erase all data on your device.

Keep me posted about how it goes. If you have more questions for me, feel free to reply to this post. I'll be happy to assist further.

Best regards,

Nery.

I’ve tried everything which you’ve asked me to do still no response from the nest.
