Nest hub stuck on loading screen

Dear,

My google nest hub will not start up anymore. It is showing a white screen with the 4 dots going around in circles.

I performed multiple factory resets and they all result in this white screen with the 4 dots.

I also turned off my wifi network completely as I read on another thread this could be the issue, but it did not resolve my issue.

I have a similar issue right now just started with my google home in the middle of listening to music. I reset multiple time but comes back to grey screen with G and freezes right there each time. As if the software is not loading

@frances  I saw your name a couple of times in simular posts where you offer your help.
Would you be able to help me in this case as well?  Is it something I can do with the device or do I need to contact the shop where I bought it?
