Hi everyone. So I bought a new Nest hub and set it up on my wife's home account no problem worked perfectly. I then decided to connect it to my account instead and performed a factory reset. It now will not connect to my router at all no matter what device I use to set it up. It says wifi password is incorrect no matter what I do. I have rebooted everything multiple times and nothing has worked so far. I have multiple speakers and a thermostat that I have reset and swapped accounts on over the years and they all are working perfectly. This 2nd gen hub is the only thing giving me trouble. Any ideas are welcome. Thanks

I had a replacement sent out and have had no issue with it. Only thing I can figure is a factory reset breaks something between my router and these nest hubs. I will make sure not to reset this one lol. Thx
