I purchased a Google Nest Doorbell (battery) and it streams fine to the Google Hub and my phone. However, if a person presses the doorbell button, a message of "Camera feed is not available" is displayed on Google Hub.
again, the video works fine, just doesn’t work if someone presses the doorbell. It tells me that someone has rung the doorbell but feed doesn’t work.

Does anyone in here help? If there are multiple people with this problem you’d think Google would have someone answer the question. Isn’t that what this is for???

Thank you all so much for helping each other out! I bet this has been quite frustrating to deal with. I would love to look into this further for you! Unfortunately, I do not have the best news but when it comes to showing your Nest Hello Doorbell stream to a Nest Hub, most of the time it is not going to work. Which Hub do you have?
